Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes! You will receive an email confirmation immediately after booking, and a reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
How do I pay?
You can pay securely via iDEAL or credit card. Payment is completed during booking.
I am a salon owner, how do I register?
Great! Click on "For Business" in the menu and register your salon. You can try it free for 14 days.
